Flanged immersion heaters
Coala flange immersion heaters are intended for heating liquids (water, oil, fuel oil, glycol, acid, soda, bitumen, etc.) or gases (air, nitrogen, CO2, etc.), by natural or forced convection, up to 75 kW , 750 V three-phase, 400 °C, 50 bar.
Horizontal or vertical mounting on stagnant fluid vessels or in circulating fluid heater bodies.
Coala immersion heaters consist of a very compact bundle of hairpin-shaped heating resistors available in different materials compatible with the fluids to be heated (steel, stainless steel, Incoloy®, etc.).
The resistance heaters are welded to a flange.
Flanged immersion heaters can be fitted with regulation and safety devices (thermostats, PT100 probe, thermocouple, etc.) with temperature measurement in the fluid or on the heating resistors.
An IP44 to IP66 electrical box, in plastic, aluminium, painted steel or stainless steel, protects the connections of the heating resistors for connecting the power supply and the regulation and safety devices with the power cabinet.
Coala flange immersion heaters are designed and manufactured, according to a standard range or made to measure in our SIDI BOUZID factory, for installation on containers compliant with the Tunisian directive
